Artist Boat and Karla Klay, a Togethergreen Fellow, is offering free adventures for those who are working long, hard hours in the tourism industry. Whether you work at a local shop on Strand, a restaurant on Seawall or are an employee at a local hotel, Artist Boat wants you and your coworkers to join us!!
Spend a beautiful day on your backyard bay by coming to kayak with us during these dates: March 19, April 1, and April 17 from 10AM to 2PM at Settegast Rd.
You may also learn about the island you live on at our Eco- Art workshop. This workshop will introduce you to a coastal style of living by increasing your knowledge about your bay and offer you ways to protect it and the industries that rely on a clean bay system. These workshop dates will be February 4 from 10 AM- 12PM and 6PM- 8PM and on February 19 from 10AM – 12 PM and from 6PM- 8PM.
Lastly help restore your island to its greater glory by helping plant along the dunes to provide protection and habitat to beautify the island.
